The airfreight process:
- Pickup: We collect from your origin address
- Transport: We transport your goods to an export warehouse or airport warehouse
- Securing space: We secure space with an airline
- Documentation: We prepare your documentation for the airline
- Flight preparation: We consolidate your goods into cargo load devices (ULDs) or as loose cargo, and then we deliver your goods to the terminal
- Airline: Moves the goods delivered to the cargo terminal onto the plane
- Cargo flight: We track the flight of your goods until the aircraft lands
- Airline checks: After landing, the cargo is checked and unloaded at the airport cargo terminal
- Collection: We collect the goods from the cargo terminal and take them to an import warehouse. Customs bond for international shipments
- Customs clearance: Once the customs authority clears the goods, we organise final-mile delivery
AIR FREIGHT SERVICES
Express air freight: often less than 24 hours, ideal for pharmaceuticals, perishables, and critical shipments
Consoldated air freight: freight from multiple customers is combined, ideal for freight that is less time-critical as the additional handling takes time, or when you are looking for a more economical option
Chartered air freight: whole aircraft for your cargo, ideal for heavy cargo or where additional security is required for your valuable or sensitive cargo

Service level: Express, consolidated, chartered
Weight and size: volumetric weight or physical weight, whichever is greater, is used
Hazardous: Hazardous goods require additional packaging and handling
Perishable goods: temperature-controlled requirements
Fuel surcharges: As the cost of fuel fluctuates, airlines can impose temporary surcharges
Security surcharges: valuable, sensitive cargo, or specific routes may require additional screening and inspections
